It's been a busy week.
The Election and History in the Making and band auditions and everything.
The real reason I'm posting is because I'm going away for a few days.
My family plus my Godfather and my sister's boyfriend are going on a cruise to the Western Caribbean.
Saturday (today I suppose) until Thursday.

Happy Halloween!

Halloween is by far my favorite holiday.
I'm definitely excited for Chipotle tonight - I'm so glad I actually like it now!

Probably not... But wow... It's really been over a year since I've posted?
I can't believe it... But at the same time I can.
I kept telling myself I'd update on the weekend or after whatever important event happened....

This weekend was great.
Had an 80th birthday party for my grandmother; we stayed at "a castle".

There was a true, genuine, sense of peace in the world today.
In church, I watched an older, white man reach for a younger, Ghana woman's hand during the "Our Father" and they prayed; together.
Later, the whole congregation was singing "Amazing Grace" so powerfully and from the heart.
Voices from all over, lifting up together to sing in His name.
