Focaccia!

I decided today I'd finally give matitablu's focaccia recipe a try. I love focaccia, but it breaks my heart to buy a tiny tasty loaf at the store for 4 bucks. :C So making my own seemed like a great idea...but...I think I'd been finding excuses not to do it. I suppose the only complication came from converting the measurements (I don't have a kitchen scale)...and I missed one of the steps in calculating how much time I would need to prepare it. The bread missed the dinner table by about an hour and a half, but it was worth the wait. c: Thank you again!

Does the bread freeze well? I split it into two loaves because I wasn't sure I could eat it all before it spoiled, and I was hoping I could freeze one in a plastic bag for later.

I don't know, I never tried to freeze it! We are four people in the house so it usually goes pretty quickly, but I've seen it keeps up well for about three days - maybe heat it a couple of minutes in the oven when it's no longer super fresh.
