I suppose the only complication came from converting the measurements (I don't have a kitchen scale)...and I missed one of the steps in calculating how much time I would need to prepare it. The bread missed the dinner table by about an hour and a half, but it was worth the wait. c: Thank you again!
Does the bread freeze well? I split it into two loaves because I wasn't sure I could eat it all before it spoiled, and I was hoping I could freeze one in a plastic bag for later.
