Kazuo Ishiguro is amazingly stylistic. Somehow When We Were Orphans seems to me more commanding and consumming than The Remains of the Day.

Oh well.

Anyway, what new year goodies are there that require little chewing and aren't sweet??

hmm probably any local bakery like Bengawan Solo should have it. I don't know where because my ah ma handmakes them most years. wow!! where'd you get the recipe from?
