I feel like everyone here is older than me. Well other than the fact that they are, how do I fix that? It's so weird that I'm tempted to start wearing makeup and doing my hair. Would that just make me lame and unoriginal or would it bring out a more mature me? Not that maturity is great, but maybe then I wouldn't feel 12. Tell me what you ( Read more... )

i think you should be you, and don't let anyone ever make you feel like you need to do something in order to "fit in". if you don't like wearing make up, then don't effing wear make up! don't conform dear becky. but then, if you really would like to wear it because YOU want to wear it, or anything else, do it. but for the right reasons. don't lose your sense of you. because the you i know is one awesomely radical and unique girl! the becky i know is beautiful.

I think make-up isn't just a mask; it's an accenting tool. If you think that there is something that color can do to your face to make yourself be taken more seriously, or adds maturity, then please, share it with half of the college population. Maturity is a naturally occuring phase. Let it happen.

Although... if you feel better with it on... then do what makes you happy.
