We're trying. Our numbers took a huge hit and it's been hard to recover, Jaime included. There just aren't enough qualified people to make up everyone we lost and I'm not about to put anyone out there if they don't know what they're doing.

We have made progress on the energy crisis, though. A lot, actually.
