Everything seemed to be going fine, Madelyne was doing reasonably well, we'd gotten some weight back on her, and she for the most part was happy I think. That changed last night, I had brought the dogs in due to the thunderstorms earlier that day. Madelyne is terrified of thunder. I had gone down to retrieve them so that can return

I know it's tough, losing her. She was a good dog, and been with you through a lot. Main thing is that the time she did have was good, and she was loved, and that's about all anybody could ask for.

Owwwwww ... I'm really sorry. I did a little something for a favorable afterlife for her, not that I think a good dog needs a lot of help. She was a sweetie.

you have my most sincere condolences. I unfortunately do know how it feels from all too recently. I also know that even when we do what we know as right it still hurts like hell. My heart and thoughts are with you in this sad time.
