Imagine going to a dinner party
with scholars, artists,
and folks from all walks of life.
How wonderful it would be
to learn from an aged traveler
back from overseas,
a young artist showing his work
in a downtown gallery,
and a local rancher
having just fed her horses.

Imagine the vibrant atmosphere,
as we walk from room to room,
drifting from one conversation

Thanks! I am starting to check in on LJ again, though I've been working lots of overtime at work lately.

Thanks, though this was just a quick note expressing thoughts that I've mentioned to you before. Perhaps I will find time to do some serious writing (or photography) this Spring...

I have been wondering if you would be back. Seems quite a few on my friends list are among the missing. Glad to hear from you, hope all is well. I like the analogy too.

Yep, I'm still here... though I have been quite busy at working (55 to 60 hour weeks plus a long commute). Between the horses and the divorce that I find myself responding to, it seems that I have no free time anymore. However, this should change in the coming months.

I need to check out your LJ as well in the coming weeks. Take care, and it's nice that you are thinking of me :)
