For some reason, I haven't had access to lj or dw since the move in July when I wanted to update about that. I kept getting messages like my IP address is blocked and what have you. I tried everything in the computer itself, I tried from my phone, I tried to dispute what happened because the reasons given were all fake/wrong. I mean, how can I be

That, they are. And this one that did the deed, had me thrusting him so bad with him sending me pictures of himself, supposedly, working with an accounts manager and promising good stuff. And then, stupidly, I gave my info... I know, right. He (they emptied my account, emptied my credit card (because they saw money there and took it) and the IRS had my money and there was nothing they could do for me unless I gave them the rest in my account.

In the end, it's all my fault and I'm paying for it.

Too true. One recently threatened me with legal action if I didn't make any payments to who they were representing - I panicked and gave them my card. Now I'm roughly $900 in the hole. I'm working with my bank to get it back, so we'll see how that goes.

I'm sorry that they took advantage of you. It's not right.

Now I need to find a solution really fast or I lose everything: place, friend, cat... everything. Like I said, I'm not sure I have enough to pay next month's rent and I definitely don't have enough for anything else. Unless the bank finally returns to me and gives me back all that I lost and I start paying them. They did send me a debt consolidation email instead of taking care of that fraud email I sent them. I need to try again.

It happened a year ago. I am still living with the consequences. I'm going to lose everything very shortly if the tides don't turn fast. I don't know who to trust anymore, online and off.
