I'm sorry, I don't know too much. I just have the feeling that whatever happened to Ginia-san, it wasn't caused naturally.

She may have been poisoned. Unless she was hit by some sort of disease, there's no other reason for her to have been coughing up blood like that.

That was the second time that's happened. The first time was an attack by Saul Samaren.
