Today's a busy day around the ranch.  I have 2 tour buses of Japanese students (mostly girls) coming to visit the ranch.  They come to the USA from Japan to visit the dog related businesses and the AKC Invitational in Long Beach.  There are 30 people on the bus and they arrive and descend on the ranch in a big wave of  girls with big smiles, peace ( Read more... )

How cool! Sounds fun. You have been a very busy lady the last few days.

Rod looks great. He's still very sweet and looked good when he was running agility. He definitely loves agility and his ball :-) I'm not sure he remembered me at first but I think he did after a while. We did get to try Rod on sheep and he loved it.

I still haven't figured out the picture thing. I'd really like to post pictures in the blog. I have a bunch but I haven't looked at them yet. It was a LONG day. There were 2 groups and I was busy from 9:30am - 5:30pm with them.

The Japanese students got to play with the puppies, visit with the chickens, Melody the Turkey, Henry the Goat and the sheep (60) and ducks (30). Marq and Rebecca Cheek did an agility demo and Robin Elliott did a herding demo with Nel in the morning and I did a herding demo with Mike in the afternoon. They also got a kick out of seeing the Bear prints in the orchard.
