Broke into the old apartment, this is where we used to live

Jun 27, 2005 20:15

I'm going to be glad to move into my new apartment. That way, when I buy dishtowels and soap, laundry detergent, bathroom handsoap, silverware, pots, dishes, etc., I will know exactly who uses them, how often, and how clean/replenished they will be. As it is, I hoard most of this stuff in my small room to avoid having it destroyed or depleted.

And the sheer horror of that hat.

Indeed. Tis a fine hat, sir.

Nevertheless, my simple glamour pales next to your smashingly amusing Half-Blood Prince icon ;)

I wish you could get something near that big for the cheap in NYC!

Enjoy the new place.

And once Cassie gets a contract, there's a 5% teacher discount, too.

That's why I don't live IN DC itself. In fact, Laurel is stretching the bounds of "immediate metro area." You can't do better in another borough, maybe ::gasp:: Joyzee?

I was actually looking in Hoboken and Jersey City...but by the time you factor in commuting costs...it ends up being the same price. This is, unless you live in CrackTown USA.

Waaahoooo!!

Congrats on the new apartment. Finally being rid of roommates who aren't your partner is fantastic!
