So it occurs to me that I'm running backwards in my life goals, and I'm not quite sure what tob do about it...

I seem ti be stuck once more with the whole driving thing till spring as its too icy now for even the experenced drivers I know. and my employment suation is heavily dependant on me somehow becoming independent with my transportation needs

Right, because every single day from now through March will be icy and unsuitable for driving. That's why nobody ever drives during this upcoming 4-month time of year. And heaven forbid someone might learn to drive under less than ideal circumstances and maybe gain the skills to drive even better under ideal circumstances, having learned under challenges that won't always face the driver... But hey, what do I know?
