Yeah, I hate Cingular!!!!

So throughout the past week, I have been trying to order a new cell phone. I do not want to update my plan I just want a new phone itself!!!( the other little silver piece that I had won't hald a charge anymore) I call Cingular because there is a phone that I want on the net. AND it says on the bottom of the page "If you need assistance in ordering
