I'm very glad that one of the results of this conference was realizing that you are, indeed, pretty dang good at your job, and thus deserve to take the career paths that look good and challenging - because you can do those jobs better than most.

And then your weekend sounds exhausting - I hope you get some more rest in somewhere!
