"It Gets Better."

I felt the need to share my two cents on Dan Savage's "It Gets Better" campaign. First, let me just state that I am not a homosexual. In fact, I am a 34 year old Roman Catholic as well as a 14 year Army veteran. I know, that just screams straight and narrow, but never judge a book by it's cover.

I just wanted to share, and I hope and pray this

It's not the same situation but I was bullied in school and I remember dreading going and not seeing any end point. When you get out into the real world and leave those people behind it's possible to see some light at the end of the tunnel. I wish there was a way of letting kids & teenagers know that it won't always be as bad as it is currently. It's upsetting to hear of people, especially young people, being so depressed that they end it all.
