Goodness it's POURING rain today! The drive in to work was quite an adventure as I kept hitting patches of standing water. No matter how slowly I was moving, every time I hit a patch I'd skid! D: I think we'll see a bit of real flooding before this is over because the river I crossed on the way in had already escaped it's banks. So much for

Yesterday when I went to bed, I found a little blue pebble from their litter on my matress. D:

D'oh! Litter in the bed! I am forever finding dog toys stored under my blankets. :p

Haha. And the worse is when it's raining outside, and they come and wipe their pwas on your jeans or your bed.

It's been a really long time since I have found any kitty litter in bed with me. I think it helps that the litter box is all the way upstairs so he has time to track it through the rest of the house before he actually gets to my bed. :p

My new tortie-cat does one better: she'll take up 2/3rds of the pillow WHILE I'M USING IT. She'll sit there and give herself a bath, never mind that she's sticking her paws/butt into my (formerly sleeping) face in the process.

So I've put another pillow on the bed during the night... that's mostly a success. :p

I leave my Helo cat purring on my couch when I leave. Well, he does have the courtesy of seeing me to the door and saying goodbye most days! :D
