i got a phone call from my parents hospice worker about two weeks ago now, that they werent doing so good and state was about to place them in a home, and hospice was trying to beat them to the punch and get them into a better place. we drove(basically flew) up to mo to see what the hell was going on

Wow, that's a lot to go through. I offer my condolences on the loss of your father and my admiration of your ability to handle so much in such a short amount of time. Do be sure to take care of yourself, too, and be sure L does the same.
