I'm pretty torn between Hillary and Obama. this article makes me think that maybe if the LGBT folks are behind Obama, maybe I should be too. I, too, do not like any candidate who is associated with "religious reverie." But in my opinion 1) I am not holding candidates accountable for the way their supporters (or detractors, for that matter) characterize them and 2) I am voting for the candidate whose stance on the issues I agree with, regardless of how they run their campaign, which is essentially an over-hyped personality contest moderated by a media that only reports on "controversial" topics.

I would vote for the candidate whose issues are most in line with mine, but voting for Edwards now would just be a wasted vote.

well I was waiting for something compelling to come along. At first I thought that the defection of a chunk of Edwards' LGBT leaders to Obama would be compelling, but as I wrote this out, I changed my mind back to it being a wash.

I wasn't so much STUCK with my choice, just that unless and until I hear something that really says unequivocally that one is better than the other, I'll vote according to the superbowl.
