A girl, and LJ user that I have known for almost 10 years now, suddenly removed me from her friend's list after one comment today.. Seems rather odd, but I guess that is that. When I get up the energy I suppose I'll have to return the favor and remove her as well, but for now it's almost midnight and I'm tired. *lol*

Removed for that? While I'm a rabid Saturn customer, and will only buy them till the day I die, and LOVE that SUV... that's hardly a reason to remove someone. I also would like to point out, in case anyone gives a shit, that LJ-Ettiquite states it's polite to inform the person being removed/added as to why the action is being done. That's all :)

It did seem a bit much, but there's no point dwelling on things out of my control. And just for the record, I'll paste exactly what I said..

Well, it's a 'street SUV' anyway.. but for gods sake don't take it off the pavement at anything over about 5MPH.. *shiver* the saturn vue is definately not a true SUV... Unibody construction for one, any serious bumps and you tweak your frame... so unfortunately while I admit that it looks nice, it's definately for looks only.. keep it on the road!

That being my reply to her SUV comments.. Didn't tell her it's lame or anything, just a warning that taking the VUE offroad is not reccommended (and Saturn even agrees that 'passage over non-paved surfaces may damage the frame of this vehicle')

I don't know this person.. so I'm not gonna make any rude remarks but.. WOW is that overreacting, if THAT is all she removed you for. It isn't like you called her mom names or said her ass was fat or something, ya know? Sheesh.

*nods vigorously* true. I do know here and have talk to her and supported her through bad times and good. So to suddenly be removed with no warning seems very strange behaviour.. not like her at all. she's always been a nice person as long as I can remember.. sometime onery (highschool was fun with her around though!) but still nice.. oh well.. :}
