you know. i find myself getting incredibly angry when i see families with dads in their 50s. while drving to my apartment from my mom's house, i passed several dads mowing the yards or playing with kids and i got furious. why the hell was all of that taken away from me? i'm still heartbroken about my father passing away and i will never get over it

Wow, I can't believe Irish is finally leaving. He graduated from my school. His step-dad is my art teacher. We played on the same soccer team together. He was cool indeed. Anyway, he'll be missed indeed. :(
And to Kate, everything will be okay, you just need time. I am sorry about your dad, but I'm sure that you wouldn't be the same person that we all know and love if he hadn't died. Every experience you go through in life changes you in some way, whether the experience be good ot bad. Remember that, it helps me at least and I hope that I was able to help you too.
