A month of summer has already flown by. I've been interning in New York City for the most part for a NGO, which isn't all that amazing, but it gets me a pass into the UN, which is very cool. When I'm not hauling my lazy ass into the city, I am eating my weight in baked goods.

Did I mention there was homemade adzuki bean paste in the center? :D

Yes, I do realize that everything I baked was very Asian. And yes, I will bake something not Asian in the near future (most likely next weekend, assuming that my arteries don't implode upon themselves... xD)
