I've been meaning to do this for a while now and well, it tied with my End of 2009 drama review and seeing as i'm gonna do that at the end of 2009 (along with the jdrama poll, sheesh note to self: get all that stupid coding done) i decided to get on with this

Oh man, this is completely awesome. I love few things more than a kickass drama heroine. From the women I know, I love your taste! When I started watching dramas, I saw Hanadan and Gokusen successively so I'll always have a special regard for Makino and Yankumi. And now I've become completely obsessed with JIN in just this last week, a huge factor of that being that Saki is the BEST. I only squinted at your paragraph because I'm only on episode three and don't want to know what/when things are going to happen but it's been obvious since her introduction that a main theme of the show is Saki breaking boundaries and challenging herself. I love her.

I'll definitely be adding the other shows you mentioned to my list! I've already heard a lot about Koshonin and Capital Scandal but the others are new to me. Haken no Hinkaku in particular caught my attention! Thanks so much for putting this together, it's pretty, it's on a great subject and it served me well for recs! Awesome work! ♥

I'm really loving the list and seeing Meisa as Riko on your list, I might have to consider watching that because like you, I don't really know what the Meisa hype is but maybe after watching Ninkyo Helper my feelings towards her will change xD
