Anyone know any good ways to make a 5 minute speech into a fifteen minute speech? I haven't even started really writing the speech yet, but I know how I am when it comes to shit like this and I need ideas before I even start. Please?

I guess I could just blab about customer service for 15 minutes. If only I could work stupid customer stories into my speech somehow. I'd have hours of material to talk about!

I'm giving a 15 minute speech on personalized customer service. The only thing I'm looking forward to is playing around with PowerPoint in front of an unwilling audience. Feel the wrath of the 'zoom in on click'! Mwahahahaha!
