100% Pure Unadulterated Bullshit!

I can now proudly say that I got every last bit of percentage that I could in Final Fantasy X-2! I got the regular ending, the good ending, and the special ending after the credits, and it was completely and totally not worth my fucking time! If you're going to provide the opportunity for an extra secret ending after you go through every tedious ( Read more... )

Ah, the Holidays! crazykat26 December 2 2004, 04:12:21 UTC
Yippee! Christmas in retail land! How many times have you heard Feliz Navidad? Believe me, working in a music store isn't much better. "Um, where's your Madonna cd's?" "I keep them up my ass." People are assholes this time of year, it makes it hard to get into the spirit! But I did think of you, dearie. We sell calendars at Coconuts. Do you guys have the Orlando Bloom calendar?
You're having Chinese. Let me guess... Yum Wok? I hate you.

I did have some most delicious Yum Wok today! You're a psychic! Or I'm just painfully predictable. Hurray for alliteration!

Yes, we do have the Orlando Bloom calendar! I was going to wait and by one when they were like three bucks, but I then I came in to work at some point in September and Bev had bought it for me at K-Mart! Isn't that nice? She's the bestest evah, omg!

Now for a moment of sad Orlando Bloom crushiness: There are actually two calendars this year, but we only have one (and it so isn't selling at all. Ha ha!). We have the one where he's looking all hungry and sad with a ponytail and a pirate shirt. Which one are you guys selling?

The next customer who walks past the Da Vinci code display (or the 'Davinni Code' as one of our more scholarly customers put it the other day) and then asks me if we have it will be beaten.

It's the most wonderful time of the year
With the kids jingle belling and everyone telling you
"Be of good cheer"
It's the most wonderful time of the year.

It's the hap - happiest season of all
With those holiday greetings and gay, happy meetings
When friends come to call,
it's the hap - happiest season of all.

There'll be parties for hosting, marshmallows for toasting,
and caroling out in the snow.
There'll be scary ghost stories and tales of the glories
of Christmases long, long ago.

It's the most wonderful time of the year.
There'll be mistle-toeing, and hearts will be glowing
when loved ones are near.
It's the most wonderful time of the year.

Well, at least you can get excited about the gay meetings.

Anyway,
I like platformers because actually playing the game itself is fun, and I don't have to, you know, beat a twenty hour pseudoorgy of list-based attempts at self-flaggelation for a five-minute FMV that MAY OR MAY NOT BE rewarding.

Don't have to deal with any meetings, although there really should have been one.

At least now that I have that out of the way, I can devote myself more fully to DDR, which I have neglected quite a bit over the past few months. ::sheds an emo tear:: I've also been the proud owner of Katamari Damacy for about a month, but I haven't even taken it out of the packaging yet. I think I'll be changing that this evening.

Resume? What resume? I have no idea what you're talking about.
