So, who's a member? Can we use it as a club house like the old money does with the Rainier Club, or is it not that kind of thing? I'd like it to be somewhere we could all go for drinks and play a game of apples to apples w/o it being obnoxiously overcrowded as often happens in Belltown. the concept as it stands now is really wide open. there are members only areas which i'm sure we'll be able to use as we like to a certain extent. i think a book club is a great idea. that's the kind of thing that will just keep developing as time goes on. given the location i doubt it will be a packed bar all the time. it's a little hidden. plus, the bar won't be open until march or so.

one perk of being a member, of course, is the opportunity to host one party there for free every year. that means two for me and andy! woo!

I usually go to Kuhlman, though depending on what you need done, it can get expensive. If you need it tappered through the back, that's only 35 but if you need it tappered through the shoulders it's 65.

With that said, I'm going to try out a new tailor recommended to me by Nicole at Blackbird just to see about price/quality. If you can wait a week or so, I'll give you the low-down on this woman.

People brought stuff in from BR, Nord Rack, etc, so don't worry about it...they're not snotty at all there. For what you need done it should take them around 1 week depending on the back log. Make sure you call first to make sure Scott will be there to mark your coat. He's got a really good eye for how things should fit someone.
