Awwwwight? Can you do us/me/we/them a favour and make murderbirds members only? Cause Lupen's going through some horrible court case type stuff with Tap'n'Tin over his work and he's been emailing about telling people to stop publicising him. Which is a obviously not going to happen, but I figured making communities friends only would help?

I got the impression that no one knows what's going on, really. Apparently Lupen signed some 25 year contract, separate to his recording contract, that means all of the 'art' he produces in that time (e.g. book, lyrics on paper, poems) is the property of Tap'n'Tin. I don't understand why that means he doesn't want to be publicised, the email says something about "if he keeps a low profile, Tap'n'Tin might think he's too unpopular to worry about"....and guh. To be honest I think if he's signed a 25 year contract the only way he's going to get out of it is to find a fault in the writing, or claim he wasn't of sound mind when he signed it (which is entirely possible). It doesn't sound like T'n'T are going to drop it!
