For those of you who don't get the Moscow paper anymore, Nick Dahmen-Bosse recieved a Purple Heart. He was wounded in Iraq on April 28th when an improvised explosive device detonated near the Humvee his patrol was in. Shrapnel hit his leg and clipped his sciatic nerve. Wow. This is the first I've heard of it.

Mr. Kaag is a good guy, even if I disagree with 95% of his opinions. He really cares about his students, and I should know, I had him 4 times.

Here's hoping Nick Bosse makes a full recovery, and...well, I would say a quick end to the war in Iraq, but that seems beyond hope.
