you should be doing all that and be proud of yourself because YOU are the one that worked hard to lose the weight, to get the grades up, to better yourself. you did it and you should feel great about it.
so dont fret. sometimes we do so much for other people just so they can notice us or whatever it may be. but you should be proud of yourself for the things that you do and not give yourself less credit just because the other person doesnt notice or doesnt care or whatever
