I'm enjoying my laziness as much as possible the next few days. From Thursday onward it's nothing but long early morning shifts. 6am-2pm, 4:30am-noon, and so on. Honey, I can definitely relate to your woes about butt-head customers! Anytime someone works in Customer Service, especially in food-related services, the customers do get nasty.
I'm in the airport shuttle business as a customer service person on the phones, and believe me, some of the people who call us are whacked.
