I am really sorry to hear that your new manager isn't fitting in well because of her attitude. I would suggest going to the district manager with your complaint, but you have said the DM doesn't care either.
Customer service is tough enough to do for a living without co-workers and management making it harder. I wish you lots of luck in your job search. It sounds like you are ready for a change.
