The Thanksgiving Guest

My family and I have one of those weird holiday schedules that combines my mother, my wife’s family, and my sister’s family in a semi-rotating fashion so we are never at the same place for a major holiday two years running. This year, it was our turn to have thanksgiving at my wife’s parent’s house. Joining us in our merriment was her older brother
