I made some bracelets over the week at work..here they are behind the cut

( bracelets, bracelets and more bracelets )

FIY only:

skull bead(s)/leader = 11 cents each
pony bead = 1 cent each
thread = 22 cents

My cost to make these bracelets:
74 cents which contains:
1 thread, 3 skull beads/leader, 18 pony beads.

retail cost for each bracelet:
$1

I will post the bracelets that i made later just for display.

I am going to be making my own DIY clothes and Hana will photograph me. I already made the primary designs out on paper last night and measurements (will post sketches in a PVT entry in my crafty_guns Journal).

The top: black with pink fishnet sleves with "Hello Sailor" written across it. Either the letters will be spray painted for that ( Read more... )

I went to my mom's friends place to make some wedding favors. Soaps of course and I wanted to show of my creations since I obviously could not take it with me back home. Silly me...I forgot to tell everyone how the craft fair went. It didn't go too bad. Most people who were there were browsers and didn't understand DIY or the effort that goes into DIY stuff. Most gave me the nicest compliments on my work and the one thing that I regret is not taking pictures of my table spread.

I am on a bracelet Trip now. I haven't given up on the whole soap making thing but just wanted to make some cool bracelets. I got the skull beads from pimpliciousmeow and that is why they look so familiar. I started to make a few and selling them at $1 piece and have been getting a good response out of these. Sale was a success but I have some left over soaps that I need off my shelves for the next season so these are all BELOW cost.
