Wow, it would help if I'd linked to the right photo. 'S what I get for trying to be all fancy. The broadripple and rib and cable socks were knit out of the same material, I think it was Jawoll superwash, a thinner-than-usual sock yarn. I periodically need reminders of the basics: things like fit, gauge, y'know, important stuff. This was one of those reminders. *sigh*

:-p *swats* I dunno, though. I'm definitely knitting from my stash starting now and going for a good long time, which might mean staying out of yarn shops, so you could be on your own. :-p
