grafting 100+ stitches in v. dark laceweight alpaca was not terribly fun

having an f.o. is, though

still, after a week dominated by white aran-weight cotton, it was a shift

the kitties don't like it when I block lace - they're locked out of the bedroom for the duration

Probably not. The alpaca is a lace stole that I don't think I've taken travelling, and the white aran debuted yesterday. (Unless you're thinking it's the thing for Jen, which it is, and I know it's a thing you want. ~_^ And it's certainly available for exchange, depending…)

Oh, I thought it might be that lacy black sweater I gave to you ages ago for elbow-hole repair and then totally forgot about until now. You probably did too, which is okay...*lol*

I didn't forget, but I'd put it on the backburner. However, this v. dark green stuff could probably do that mend… (I didn't know what I would do with a whole skein of black - I just don't wear that colour.)
