Yes, it is. I admit, I read the closed captioning to edit it . . . at times. I can't edit things like SLRFP (which shows up in the captioning for Craig all the time). I thought, "Oh, Jeopardy's is good1" when I saw it once (started because I have a monitor in my room for my computer and I can change the input so I'm watching TV - that way if somebody needs to talk to me, I can mute the TV and talk). However, now it's gotten worse. I have a few closed captions on Craig that I'll be uploading to YouTube.
