well, just from experience, the wind is probably as bad, if not worse, in Fargo and Winnipeg. After all, they're both pretty much table-flat without any large buildings to slow it down.
Anywho, if it helps, its supposed to warm up to maybe 20 tomorrow.
I know, not enough, but still, better than nothing.

Furthermore, just a little FYI, today in Fargo ND the high is expected to reach -3 F. Winnipeg Manitoba is supposed to reach a whopping -13 F.
On the other hand, Barrow Alaska (you know, above the freaking artic circle) the high will be warmer than here. (6 F.)
