Spent the day... applying to Universities that I don't wish to attend. Then I rode my bike to UBC, got lost on the way back, wound up in the middle of the Endownment Lands forest (really), whereupon it became dark, and I found myself pedalling aimlessly through a thickening mess of trees and crazy Brothers Grimm shadows ( Read more... )

Something of childhood's lost when a person can't eat a cookie.

But that's okay because I much prefer chocolate oranges. Mmmmmmmm.

Sometimes I feel like every morning I wake up, go to the rent-a-body place, and then every morning some seedy dealer hoists a different body upon me, so that every day I have to accustom myself to a different set of controls. I did a painting for mom, well, I was doing in the painting for mom-- in the process of painting it, I mean, and I was wondering what exactly to put in it.
