The story was seriously predictable
The "story" is SHIT, isn't it? Isn't it just like, "Oh, the good guy fights the bad guy and the bad guy taunts the good guy and then the good guy loses OH NO HE WAS FAKING AND NOW HE WINS WOOOO"? Or something like that?

The green knight was the best -- not only was he the hottest and the best and fastest rider, but his backstory was that he was a hired mercenary from a town full of drunkards and whores. You've gotta love that.
Hee. It's a fun time, at least.

Jessi's one of two hosts (the other being Dan Levy, Eugene Levy's son) of The Hills After Show, which is filmed in Toronto for some odd reason. It airs on MTV Canada after The Hills and also streams live on MTV.com. Jessi and Dan basically mock the show, just like I did for FASHION. I enjoy it.

And yeah, the Medieval Times story has all the classic tropes... the King's most trusted advisor being the bad guy, the guy from the wrong side of the tracks winning it all, the princess falling for one of the knights, the "fallen" hero riding back in to save everyone at the end... I tuned a lot of it out and concentrated on the pretty horses.

I have a "taking Crystal for a walk" away message! I don't take her in the middle of the night, though. Not only is she too small to scare away random crazies, but I actually need to sleep now that I have a real day job. It's the end of an era...
