War by proxy, Govt funded corporations with legal immunity and minimal supervision.

The Bush administration has contracted out their accountability for the war in Iraq! Not only that, apparently the contractors are not bound to rules that would apply to permanent government agents. Anyone else see mass cases of abuse coming
