I have had a great start to the week so far! I'm very proud of myself. Yesterday night, I must have examined myself in my undies for a good hour. I know...it sounds like the beginning of one of those lifetime channel movies about women with body issues, but my issues lie deeper than the way my boobs point or how I hate my thighs. I stared at myself
