well, the twelve year old brown rice wasn't fatal.

though, the pancakes at the local all you can eat buffet place could be sold to the army for ceramic armor inserts.

and still the local grocery that used to carry the maple buns candy has only the caramel ones.

by and large, other than getting more of the roses cleaned out, a very disappointing weekend so far.

Ug. I need to clean up my roses. I never did my spring pruning because the weather was so weird. Now they're very messy looking and growing all over the place. I figure I'll cut them back a little at a time. I really should start that.

mine are nearly lost in grass.

every year, the grass grows fastest around them.

Though, I did see what looked like a berry or two on the gooseberry bush this year.
