Kelly &I would like to mention that the skirts waist measurements are estimated. They can fit fit 2" smaller or larger. There is no real way to measure the sizes because the waists stretch. If you are interested in a skirt, but are unsure if it will fit you...shoot us an email &we'll try to help answer your questions
