I went to the doctors today and he tells me I over abused my shoulder. I have bicipital tendinitis. Meaning...a tendon that connects the arm to the shoulder is ripped. Nice. 3 weeks in a sling and hopefully it is healed. Its a lot of painful. He gave me pain killers. The kind the ladies use when having children. yea. Somehow I don't think my pain
