Some of you heard a brief acoustic sample of this song a while back. I've finished the 'real' recording and am about to start mixing & editing.

Mostly a good day, upbeat. A little stressed at the end, just thinking about how little people try to understand everyone else around them. People get so self-righteous and judgemental and usually with no good reason, attacking others when they should be thinking about their own behavior. Got my first radio airplay...
UTA college radio played my song 'Happy Song' on their radio show the other night and interviewed me along with it... Lots of fun, nothing too serious. My band may do a live acoustic bit on there in the next week or two. We will be recording some band demos for the first time tomorrow.

Another new job
I had that new temp assignment paying pretty well and things were going great for the last 2 weeks... NOW I've gotten another job offer and I start that tomorrow, and it pays about $5 an hour MORE than I was making before - best pay I've ever made. It's going to be working on a computer help desk, taking problem calls. Nice luck, hope it lasts...dw -
