Boy at work who apparently really likes me asked me if I was bisexual today

The best response to that is "So I guess that if you found the right guy, you'd be gay?" I assume most people would back down after that. ;)

Yes! I'll have to try to remember to make that point. I'm pretty impressed with how un-horrible our interactions have been, despite my first reaction upon finding out someone was avidly interested being "oh man, I'm going to have to quit now, aren't I?" but the cleverest (even meaning smart and not just smart-ass) remarks are always about an hour delayed.
