Summary: Nathan remembers something he’s never done.
A/N: I apologize if this sucks, but I had to keep toying with it and it just wouldn't come out. This idea might warrant a longer story, and it just might be the key to breaking the writer's block. Let's hope.
When Nathan dreams, he knows something is wrong. Peter lies beneath him, his beautiful body bleeding and broken, screaming as Nathan forces himself on him. Never had he laid a hand on Peter that way, never to hurt him.
He opens his eyes, and Peter is asleep, peaceful and whole. His eyes close, and again, Peter is covered in sweat and blood and tears…and laughing. Enjoying it.
Nathan suddenly knows he’s not dreaming. He’s seeing a memory that is not his own.
Nathan pulls Peter closer. “I’d never hurt you. Never like that.”
Inexplicably, he’s now sure he already has.
