Ran well on Friday, not much competition there though. Finished comfortably in first with a time of 4:39.8. Second was about 4:55 or something like that. I'm satisfied, though I probably could have ran faster if I wasn't a half lap ahead of everyone; I slowed down quite a bit the second half. I think I stole it a while back from your journal, you have great taste in music. Brian Culver won the 3200 last year, Rombough was first this year in CC.

I knew Rombough won for XC...and that he's going to U of Minn. I wasn't quite sure what track titles he has...even if he has any.
