Labor Day Orchid Hike

Well it looks like I have finally made the time to get around to posting my photos from the Labor Day weekend swamp walk I took with Moe, Roland, Dave and Kate. It was a blast, although we only found a few in bloom. The water is finally coming up in the Fakahatchee Strand, which is nice to see, but I am afraid it might be too little too late.

Wow, kewl! I love the bottom pic with everybody walking in the water. I want to take some more pics in the Loxahatchee river or, up in the Savannas (or other similar place) much like that but, I prefer somebody to accompany me. I don't want to have to think about alligators AND taking pics. I know there are gators in both locations, I've seen 'em! ;-)
