I think Tea hit the nail on the head, so I'm going to add "ditto" and that I'm sure you two did the best you could, and you will feel better in time. It sounds like you're making sure to take care of yourself and that's the best thing you can do right now. #HUG
not being able to feel anything strongly is a symptom of depression that I've felt a lot in the past. please, seek out therapy. it will be immensely worthwhile for you and will save you from months and months of feeling terrible. also, it's fine to not discuss your marriage with friends, but I would really encourage you to speak about it with a professional.
you're not a failure. and no one has it together, as much as it looks like they do. get off of facebook--that's where everyone puts the idealized version of their life that's not at all indicative of the pain they constantly feel. trust me on this, I have had this same conversation with too many people and we're all just struggling to pretend like we're real adults.
