I have reviewed the drafted laws supposedly set down by myself. They were presented to me by Phoenix Wright shortly after my arrival in Discedo.

Some time has passed since these laws were put into place, and I highly suggest that revisions be made to accommodate for the changes in the city

I was never under that impression. The fact that laws have been created and are somewhat enforced here is honestly surprising.

Put simply, we are only allowed the power given to us by the population here. To impose too many laws would be impossible, lest we be seen as taking control of the city or playing leader.

So you and the other lawyers feel you can give the laws a much needed reworking? I think the citizens of Discedo would like that very much. As would we the police force. We've had nothing but gripe over them... even if they do work well enough considering the place.
